Area Residential Care is a private, non-profit organization, created in 1968. Its mission is to empower people with intellectual disabilities to achieve their highest quality of life.

The Dubuque Symphony Orchestra serves the residents of Dubuque and surrounding tri-state area. The DSO performs a repertoire of classical, chamber, and pops music.
