Tiffany Beltran, president and owner of Belstar Media, graduated cum laude from Illinois State University in 1996 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Information Systems. Her experience at a Chicago-based consulting firm built the foundation for a career in computer programming and consulting. She expanded into the Internet arena when taking a position at a large insurance company in Denver, Colorado where she worked on leading edge technologies in web application development. Tiffany went on to provide leadership and innovation at a growing central Illinois company where she designed and implemented a new corporate Intranet. There she lead a team of programmers and web developers in creating many new web applications. Tiffany began Belstar Media, Inc. in 1999 with one central goal in mind, "Building websites with 5 star service". Tiffany says, "Our customer's success is our success so we always give 110% and do what is best for our clients".
